Meet Heather 

For many years, I've walked my own healing journey, discovering that true transformation doesn't come from striving to become someone else—it comes from remembering who we truly are.

Like many people, my own path has included moments of challenge, uncertainty and deep personal transformation. Those experiences have shaped not only who I am, but also the compassionate, grounded way in which I now hold space for others.

As a Reiki Master Teacher, Spiritual Healing Practitioner and Mentor, I've had the privilege of supporting many people on their own healing journeys. Alongside the ancient wisdom of Reiki, something else began quietly calling to me...

Nature.

I love nothing more than sitting quietly in nature, soaking up the birdsong, or wandering through ancient woodland and hugging trees, feeling their quiet strength, presence and wisdom.

Over time, nature became louder.

It was as though Mother Earth herself was gently whispering,

"We're here to support you... and we're here to support everyone who comes to you."

So I listened.

I listened to the birds.

I trusted the quiet guidance that arrived in moments of stillness.

And from that guidance, Earth, Heart & Light was born.

Looking back now, I can see that nature was gently teaching me the very foundations that would become Earth, Heart & Light.

To Ground.

To Nurture.

To trust the Wisdom that already lives within us.

It evolved naturally from my own journey, weaving together Reiki, the wisdom of nature, Sacred Feminine connection, intuitive guidance, ancient wisdom and Spiritual Healing into one connected philosophy.

Today, every Reiki journey, healing session and retreat is rooted in that same intention: helping people reconnect with the wisdom that already exists within themselves, while remembering that we are never separate from nature—we are part of it.

I honestly believe that every one of us has the capacity to lead the life we are here to live—a life filled with love, joy, peace and light.

Sometimes we simply become disconnected from our own inner wisdom. We stop trusting ourselves. We become caught up in the noise of everyday life, old conditioning, fear and the expectations of others.
