Near the beautiful ancient woodland of Kingley Vale, West Sussex and located close to Chichester, Portsmouth and Hampshire, this unique summer 2 day non-residential retreat offers a nurturing space to slow down, reconnect and celebrate the energy of the Summer Solstice through Reiki, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, kundalini and connection with nature.

Created by Heather Peattie, this retreat combines spiritual wellbeing practices with the beauty of the natural world, offering a deeply restorative experience for those seeking a wellness retreat in West Sussex, a Reiki retreat near Chichester, or a peaceful healing weekend close to Portsmouth and Hampshire.

This beautiful retreat sits within the wider Earth, Heart & Light Reiki Path — an 11-month nature-based Reiki training journey taking students through Reiki Level 1, Reiki Level 2 and Reiki Master Practitioner. The Summer Solstice Retreat takes place between Reiki Level 1 and Reiki Level 2 as a dedicated time for integration, connection and celebration.

The retreat is also open to those who are not currently following the Reiki Path, welcoming anyone who feels called to experience Reiki, nature connection and a supportive healing community.

A Retreat Experience Rooted in Nature 

Set near the ancient yew forest of Kingley Vale in West Sussex, this is more than a traditional retreat day. It is an immersive nature-based wellbeing retreat in Hampshire and West Sussex, offering space to reconnect with yourself, restore your energy and be held within a supportive sacred circle.
