Reiki 1 Attunement

Anyone can learn to use and channel Reiki. Learning Reiki can open a wonderful world of healing and transformation for yourself, friends and family. Level 1 introduces the student to the principles of Reiki and opens the chakras to receive the attunement which allows students to use Reiki in their everyday life. I run courses regularly throughout the year. Please contact me for upcoming dates.

Training for Reiki 1 is on a 1-day workshop (5 to 5.5 hours), which costs £150/£160 and includes personal tuition, attunement, detailed manual, a 30 min Reiki treatment from another student, and certification.  By the end of the course you will be competent in, and have received training in :

• The background and history of Reiki
• 1st Degree Reiki Attunement
• Learning how to use Reiki for self-healing
• Learning how to offer Reiki to others

Reiki 1 Attunement: Spring Equinox 2026

Celebrate the first day of spring, a powerful moment of balance between day and night, light and dark, inner and outer, intuition and rational, conscious and unconscious, masculine and feminine. This is a potent gateway for manifestation on all levels – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

Completing a Reiki 1 attunement at this time is the perfect way to plant seeds ready for incubation and growth. The Spring Equinox represents full potential, as the union of opposites within ourselves and the world around us creates the ideal conditions to balance what is imbalanced. Through Reiki, you can harness this energy to restore harmony, awaken your inner healer, and set intentions for the season ahead.

Reiki 2 Attunement

Level 2 Reiki builds on Level 1 and gives you the sacred symbols, along with the ability to send distance healing. The vibration of Level 2 is 4 times more powerful than the Level 1, so it is much deeper and more focused. Level 2 is a pre-requisite for professional practice but you don't have to practice professionally and this day is more focused on personal development and your own personal healing journey. I run courses regularly throughout the year. Please contact me for upcoming dates.

Training for Reiki 2 is on a comprehensive 1-day workshop (6 to 6.5 hours), which costs £200/£210 and includes personal tuition, attunement, detailed manual, a 30 min Reiki treatment from another student, and certification. Students will also receive a 15 min Distance Healing session and a 15 min Zoom Check-In session following the workshop, at no additional cost. This additional support is designed to assist in the integration of Reiki 2 energy, which can bring about profound personal growth and change.

This course is focused on the personal development of each student. The sacred symbols explored within it have the potential to create profound transformations across various aspects of one's life. Participants will delve into the significance of these symbols and their impact, followed by a hands-on practical session in the afternoon dedicated to honing skills for assisting others.

For those aspiring to practice Reiki in Professional Practice, there will be an optional 4 hour add-on workshop, on a separate day, providing in-depth training tailored to practitioner needs. This supplementary session ensures participants are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to embark on their practitioner journey with confidence. This can be arranged at the time of booking Reiki 2 or at a later date.

Reiki 2.5 Practitioner

This Reiki 2.5 Practitioner session is designed for those who have completed Reiki 2 and want to take the next step toward becoming a confident Reiki Practitioner. Heather has created this unique 2.5 level as a bridge between Reiki 2 and Reiki Master, providing practical guidance, tools, and insights to help you step fully into your practitioner role.

During this 4-hour session, Heather will guide you through:

• Practitioner consultation forms and session preparation
• Energy management, protection, and grounding techniques
• Setting healthy boundaries and navigating potential challenges
• Guidance on insurance, GDPR, and professional practice considerations
• Full practical training with real-time Reiki practice and feedback

Reiki Refresher & Divine Feminine Day

This special day is a powerful combination of Reiki re-attunement and Divine Feminine exploration, designed to refresh your energy, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and dive into shadow work in a safe, supportive container.

Heather has found that the Divine Feminine is a vital part of the healing journey at this time, and she blends her deep knowledge of Reiki with Divine Feminine wisdom to create a session that is both transformative and nurturing. By connecting these two powerful modalities, you will be supported in releasing old patterns, balancing your energy, and stepping into wholeness.

Reiki 3 Masters Practitioner 

2 days £350

Reiki Level 3, also known as Reiki Master Practitioner or Reiki III, focuses on spiritual healing and personal growth. This level allows you to connect more deeply with your higher self, significantly enhancing your psychic awareness and intuition.

Reiki Master Practitioner is a significant milestone on your soul journey. While Reiki Levels 1 and 2 may have brought about numerous physical, mental, and emotional changes, becoming a Reiki Master Practitioner represents a profound leap in your soul's evolution. You will reach deeper levels of healing and gain greater awareness of your true self and your life's purpose.

This course is a prerequisite for those wishing to become Reiki Master Teachers and pass on attunements. However, becoming a Reiki Master Teacher is a considerable responsibility, as it involves guiding others on their healing journeys. It is recommended to spend some time practicing as a Reiki Master Practitioner before advancing to the Teacher level. Currently, I offer the Practitioner Level and will be introducing the Teacher Level later this year.

The Reiki Level 3 course includes:

Reiki Master Teacher Training

2 Days £350

This is a sacred invitation to step into the role of Teacher and Guide. Having walked your own Reiki journey, you may now feel the call to share this wisdom with others. Over two days, you will receive intensive yet enjoyable teaching, designed to prepare you fully for this next stage of your Reiki path.

You will not only learn the theory and structure of teaching Reiki but also have the opportunity to practice giving attunements in a safe and supportive space. By the end of the training, you will feel confident and competent in holding this sacred process for your own students.

You will receive everything you need to begin teaching:

• Copies of all 3 Reiki Manuals for you to share with your students (Reiki 1, Reiki 2, Reiki Master Practitioner)
• My guided meditation scripts, course notes, and teaching schedules
• In-depth guidance on working with the Reiki symbols
• Practical experience in giving and receiving attunements, so that you feel truly ready to teach
