Heather has been a Reiki practitioner for 20 years and a Reiki Master Teacher for 5 years. Reiki has transformed her life, helping her heal anxiety and panic attacks, and she knows firsthand how powerful it can be for personal growth and soul healing. She fully embraces Reiki, lives it in her daily life, and believes it is a perfect spiritual path in this ever-changing world. Reiki 1 - Foundation Training (Usui Reiki)

Reiki Re-Attunement / Refresher Day
Date: Thursday 13th March | Duration: 3 hours | Price: £88 | Location: Portsmouth | Available: Weekdays or Saturdays, morning 10–1 or afternoon 2–5
The Reiki Re-Attunement Day is designed for practitioners who want to restore their confidence, reconnect with their energy, and release any blocks or resistance that may have arisen since their original training. Whether you’ve been practicing regularly or feel your energy needs a reset, this day provides a deep recharge and intuitive guidance.
