Heather created the Bespoke Earth, Heart & Light Journey through her own lived experience of the profound transformation that Reiki attunements can awaken.

Her Reiki journey began in 2003 and unfolded gently over many years, as she navigated life's challenges, deepened her spiritual practice and gradually embodied the teachings of Reiki. In 2021, she completed her Reiki Master Teacher training, bringing together years of personal healing, professional experience and spiritual development.

Recognising how different the world feels today, and sensing a growing call for more people to live with greater awareness, compassion and light, Heather was intuitively guided to create a pathway that offers not only Reiki training but a much deeper level of personal support.

When Heather first stepped onto her Reiki path over two decades ago, Reiki and holistic wellbeing were often viewed as alternative practices. Today, there is a growing movement of people seeking a more conscious, heart-led and connected way of living. More and more people are recognising the importance of slowing down, reconnecting with nature, nurturing their wellbeing and living with greater presence and compassion.

Heather believes Reiki has an important role to play within this shift in consciousness. By helping us reconnect with ourselves, with one another and with the natural world, Reiki gently supports a more grounded, heart-centred and compassionate way of being. As each individual heals and awakens to their own inner wisdom, they naturally bring more kindness, presence and light into the lives of those around them.

While the Earth, Heart & Light Journey follows a shorter timescale than her own Reiki path, it has been intentionally designed to provide far more guidance, mentoring and integration along the way. Through one-to-one support, personalised wellbeing practices and dedicated space for reflection, you are gently held as Reiki unfolds within your own life.

More Than Reiki Training

Heather believes we are living in a time of profound personal and collective change.

More people than ever are questioning how they want to live, seeking deeper meaning, reconnecting with nature and searching for a greater sense of peace, purpose and authenticity. While Reiki is an ancient healing practice, its wisdom feels deeply relevant to the world we live in today.

It was through her own Reiki journey that Heather realised learning Reiki is only one part of the path. The attunements themselves often awaken profound inner transformation, gently bringing to the surface old emotions, patterns, beliefs and ways of being that are ready to heal.

When Heather experienced this herself, she often found she had to seek support elsewhere to help her understand what was unfolding. Although each of those experiences became an important part of her own healing journey, they also inspired a new vision.

The mentoring session is part of your dedicated Reiki day, giving you focused time to go deeper into your learning, integration and personal experience. You will also receive ongoing monthly support (via video or telephone call) to help you stay connected, supported and grounded as your practice continues to unfold.

Personalised Sound Healing Integration

Following each Reiki attunement, you will receive a deeply restorative one-to-one sound healing experience using therapeutic sound instruments including Crystal Sound Healing Bowls, Tuning Forks and Chimes.

Each sound healing session is intuitively guided and personalised to you, working with your own energy system and chakra balance to support the integration of your Reiki attunement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any previous Reiki experience?

Not at all. The Bespoke Earth, Heart & Light Journey has been created for complete beginners as well as those who already have experience with Reiki. Whether this is your very first step onto the Reiki path or a continuation of your spiritual journey, you'll be supported every step of the way.

I've already completed Reiki Level 1 or Reiki Level 2. Can I still join?

Absolutely.

This is far more than a traditional Reiki training programme. It is a fully supported healing and mentoring journey that combines Reiki training with spiritual guidance, wellbeing practices and personal transformation.

You are welcome to join at the level you feel drawn to, provided you can show evidence of your previous Reiki attunement. Heather will arrange a friendly conversation with you beforehand to understand your experience, where you are on your spiritual journey and ensure the next step feels right for you.

Some students choose to complete the full Earth, Heart & Light Journey from the beginning, whilst others begin at Reiki Level 2 or Reiki Master Practitioner.

How long does the journey take?

The Bespoke Earth, Heart & Light Journey follows the same thoughtfully designed eleven-month pathway as the Earth, Heart & Light Reiki Path, while remaining completely flexible around your own life and healing journey.

As a guide, Heather usually allows around three to four months between Reiki Level 1 and Reiki Level 2, followed by approximately six months between Reiki Level 2 and Reiki Master Practitioner. This gives you time to practise Reiki, build confidence, experience your own healing journey and gently integrate the changes that each attunement can awaken before moving to the next stage.

Should you need more time, or feel ready slightly sooner, your journey can be adapted to suit your individual needs.

Support also continues beyond Reiki Master Practitioner, recognising that healing and integration often continue long after your final attunement.

Will Reiki bring changes into my life?

Every Reiki journey is unique.

Healing is rarely a straight line, and there may be times when old emotions, beliefs or experiences gently rise to the surface ready to be acknowledged, understood and healed. Whilst this can sometimes feel challenging, it is often part of the transformation process as you reconnect with your authentic self and awaken your own innate healing ability.

Within the Reiki tradition, many practitioners find that, over time, their own wounds become sources of wisdom, empathy and compassion. As your confidence grows and your relationship with Reiki deepens, you begin to trust your intuition, your inner guidance and the healing process itself.

You will never be expected to navigate this journey alone. Heather created this programme because she understands how valuable ongoing support can be. Throughout your journey, she will walk alongside you with compassion, encouragement and guidance, helping you understand what may be unfolding whilst creating a safe and nurturing space for your own transformation.

Will I become a Reiki Practitioner?

Yes.

Once you have completed Reiki Level 2, you will be qualified to practise Reiki professionally should you wish to, subject to obtaining appropriate insurance and meeting any professional requirements.

Many students choose to become Reiki Practitioners, whilst others simply enjoy using Reiki within their own lives, families and communities. There is no expectation that you must work professionally—this journey is equally valuable for personal healing and spiritual growth.

Why is this journey different from other Reiki courses?

Many Reiki courses focus on teaching techniques and completing each level over a relatively short period of time.

The Bespoke Earth, Heart & Light Journey has been created from the understanding that learning Reiki is only one part of the path. The deeper journey is learning to listen to energy, trust your intuition, embody the Reiki principles and allow your own healing to unfold with patience, support and compassion.

Heather believes an authentic healer is not simply someone who has collected techniques or certificates. A true healer continues learning throughout life, developing a deeper relationship with Reiki, understanding the language of energy and allowing their own experiences to shape the compassion and wisdom they bring to others.

What if I don't feel spiritual?

You don't need to be.

Many students arrive simply because they are curious about Reiki or are looking for a greater sense of calm, balance and wellbeing. There is no expectation that you hold any particular beliefs. Reiki meets you exactly where you are, and your own understanding naturally deepens as your journey unfolds.

How much time will I need to practice?

Reiki becomes most meaningful when it is gently woven into everyday life rather than feeling like another task to complete.

Throughout your journey, Heather will offer personalised practices, reflections and guidance to help you deepen your connection with Reiki between sessions, allowing your confidence and understanding to grow naturally alongside everyday life.

Each Reiki training session also includes plenty of practical, hands-on experience. As you progress through the journey, you'll have the opportunity to practise Reiki with another person who has been invited specifically for your training. This enables you to build confidence in a supportive environment, receive constructive guidance and begin developing the skills needed to share Reiki safely and compassionately with others.

The combination of personal practice, practical experience and ongoing support helps you develop not only your Reiki techniques, but also your intuition, confidence and ability to work with energy in a grounded, heart-led way.
