Bespoke Spiritual Healing in Portsmouth
Deeply personal healing for when you're ready to explore what lies beneath the surface.
Sometimes we know something needs to change, even when we can't quite put into words what that is.
You may feel stuck in repeating patterns, be carrying emotions or experiences you're ready to explore, or find yourself moving through a period of change, letting go or rebirth.
Bespoke Spiritual Healing is a two-hour one-to-one session with Heather, bringing together Reiki, intuitive guidance, Oracle and Tarot cards and a range of spiritual healing practices to support you where you are on your journey.
Rather than following a set treatment or programme, your session is created around you and what is arising for you that day.

More Than Guidance — A Deeper Healing Experience
Sometimes understanding what is happening is enough. At other times, we know there is something deeper underneath — an old pattern, emotion, fear or experience that we are ready to explore.
This is where Bespoke Spiritual Healing differs from Heather's Soul Path Guidance sessions.
Soul Path Guidance is primarily about clarity, intuition and understanding where you are and what may be calling you forward.
Bespoke Spiritual Healing gives us two hours to go deeper — exploring not only what is arising, but what may sit beneath it and what you may be ready to heal, release or change.
Your Bespoke Spiritual Healing Session
There is no fixed formula for these sessions. Heather intuitively draws upon different healing practices depending on you, what is arising and what feels most supportive on the day.
Your session may include:
Reiki Healing • Spiritual Healing • Oracle & Tarot Card Guidance • Intuitive Soul Guidance • Guided Meditation & Visualisation • Conscious Breathwork • Grounding Practices • Bach Flower Remedies • Affirmation Work • Reflective Journalling • Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) • Sound Healing • Crystal Healing • Nature Connection
Oracle and Tarot Card Guidance is an important part of these sessions, helping Heather intuitively explore the themes, patterns and guidance that may be arising for you.
You don't need to decide which practices you need before you arrive. Your session unfolds intuitively around you.
Ground • Nurture • Wisdom
Bespoke Spiritual Healing is rooted in Heather's Earth, Heart & Light philosophy:
GROUND — Come back into your body, settle your energy and create a steady foundation from which to explore what is arising.
NURTURE — Meet yourself and your emotions with compassion, creating space to soften, receive and heal.
WISDOM — Quiet the outside noise and reconnect with your intuition, inner guidance and what feels true for you.
Is Bespoke Spiritual Healing for You?
You may feel drawn to a session if you are:
• Feeling stuck in repeating patterns or ways of thinking
• Moving through change, letting go or a period of rebirth
• Carrying emotions or past experiences you feel ready to explore
• Questioning relationships, boundaries or what you genuinely want
• Feeling disconnected from yourself or your intuition
• Ready to understand yourself at a deeper level
• Feeling called towards greater spiritual connection and growth
You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what needs healing. Sometimes simply knowing that something doesn't feel quite right anymore is enough place to begin.
Healing Through Lived Experience
Heather's approach to healing has not been learnt from courses alone.
Her work is also shaped by her own healing journey with anxiety and fear, and by learning over many years to understand her own energy, emotions and intuition.
This lived experience sits alongside Heather's over 20 years as a Reiki Practitioner and 5 years as a Reiki Master Teacher, allowing her to bring both experience and intuition to the space she holds for others.
She understands that healing is rarely one-dimensional. Sometimes we need to understand. Sometimes we need to release. Sometimes we need to ground. And sometimes we simply need a safe, nurturing space to reconnect with ourselves.
