The Earth, Heart & Light Group Reiki Path is a unique 11-month Reiki training programme in Hampshire, lovingly created for those seeking far more than a traditional Reiki course.

Rooted in the wisdom of nature and the changing seasons, this immersive journey gently unfolds through Reiki Level 1, a transformational Summer Solstice Retreat, Reiki Level 2 and Reiki Master Practitioner, allowing time for each stage of healing, learning and personal growth to naturally integrate before moving to the next.

More than simply learning Reiki techniques, you will experience meditation, energy practices, sound healing, reflective practices, oracle guidance, practical Reiki training, community connection and immersive nature retreat experiences. Together these create a nurturing environment where you can develop your Reiki practice whilst supporting your wellbeing, spiritual growth and self-discovery.

Unlike many Reiki courses in Portsmouth and Hampshire that are completed over a few weekends, the Earth, Heart & Light Group Reiki Path has been intentionally designed to honour the understanding that meaningful transformation takes time. Just as nature moves through cycles of growth, rest and renewal, your Reiki journey is given the space to unfold at a pace that feels supportive, sustainable and deeply nourishing.

Held within the peaceful surroundings of The Vale Café & Wellness Studio, close to the ancient woodlands of Kingley Vale near Chichester, each gathering is designed to feel like stepping away from the demands of everyday life and into a space of calm, connection and renewal. Students are warmly welcomed from Portsmouth, Chichester, Hampshire, West Sussex and the surrounding areas, creating a community of like-minded people walking a shared path of healing, learning and spiritual growth.

We each arrive on our Reiki journey carrying our own stories, experiences and hopes for the future. Whilst every path is unique, there is something profoundly healing about discovering that we do not have to walk it alone.

Whilst Reiki training provides the knowledge, techniques and practical skills to work with energy, an authentic healer also develops something far deeper. Your Journey Through Earth, Heart & Light

The Earth, Heart & Light Group Reiki Path has been thoughtfully designed as an eleven-month journey, allowing time for your Reiki practice, confidence and personal growth to unfold naturally.

Rather than completing several Reiki levels over just a few weekends, this pathway honours the understanding that true learning and lasting transformation take time. Each stage has been intentionally spaced to give you the opportunity to integrate your Reiki attunements, develop your practical skills and experience your own healing before moving forwards.

The journey follows the natural rhythm of Ground • Heart • Light, reflecting both the changing seasons and the gradual unfolding of your Reiki path.

Ground

Your journey begins with Reiki Level 1, where you'll build strong foundations through self-healing, learning the Reiki principles, understanding energy and beginning to trust your own intuition.

Heart

Several months later, you'll continue into Reiki Level 2, deepening your Reiki practice through the sacred symbols, distance healing and practitioner-level techniques. As your confidence grows, so too does your ability to share Reiki with others from a place of compassion and presence.

Light

The final stage is Reiki Master Practitioner, a 2 day event of deepening your Reiki Journey. This is a time of embodiment, reflection and stepping fully into your own unique expression of Reiki, carrying your learning forward with greater confidence, wisdom and authenticity.

Throughout the eleven months, you'll be supported by the encouragement of the group, the shared wisdom that naturally develops through learning together and the retreat-inspired experiences that make the Earth, Heart & Light Path so unique.

By the end of the journey, you won't simply have completed a Reiki course.

You'll have cultivated a deeper relationship with yourself, built meaningful connections with like-minded people and developed the confidence to continue walking your Reiki path with trust, compassion and purpose.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any previous Reiki experience?

Not at all. The Earth, Heart & Light Group Reiki Path is suitable for complete beginners as well as those wishing to continue their Reiki journey. If you've already completed Reiki Level 1 or Reiki Level 2 elsewhere, you're welcome to join at the appropriate stage, subject to providing evidence of your previous qualification and a conversation with Heather.

How many people are in each group?

To ensure everyone receives personal guidance and individual support, group sizes are limited to a maximum of 12 participants.

This creates a warm, welcoming environment where meaningful connections can naturally develop while still allowing plenty of opportunity for individual attention.

What qualification will I receive?

You'll receive a professionally recognised Reiki certificate at each level you complete:

• Reiki Level 1
• Reiki Level 2 Practitioner
• Reiki Master Practitioner

These certificates enable you to continue your Reiki journey with confidence and, where appropriate, gain professional insurance to practise.

What happens if I can't attend one of the training days?

Life doesn't always go to plan. If you're unable to attend a training day, please contact Heather as soon as possible to discuss the options available. Every effort will be made to help you continue your journey where possible.

Is the Summer Retreat compulsory?

No. The beautiful 2-day non-residential Summer Retreat is included only within the Earth, Heart & Light Group Reiki Path with Retreat package.

You can choose either the standard eleven-month journey or the enhanced journey with the Summer Retreat.

Are payment plans available?

Yes. Flexible payment plans are available for both eleven-month journey options, as well as the individual Reiki training courses.

What should I bring?

Just yourself, an open heart and a willingness to learn.

All training manuals and course materials are provided. Refreshments and a nourishing homemade lunch are included on every training day, so you simply need to wear comfortable clothing and enjoy the experience.

Will I receive ongoing support throughout the journey?

Absolutely.

One of the unique aspects of the Earth, Heart & Light Group Reiki Path is the supportive community that develops throughout the eleven months.

Heather is available to guide and encourage you throughout your journey, helping you grow in confidence as your Reiki practice and spiritual development naturally unfold.

Is this suitable if I simply want to learn Reiki for myself?

Yes.

Many students join purely for their own healing, wellbeing and personal development, while others go on to become practising Reiki therapists.

There is no expectation to build a business. This journey is about supporting you wherever Reiki is calling you.
